M1 pro 16 camera

Hi I recently got the M1 pro 16, and I noticed the camera quality is so poor. I've read others talking about the same issue. The picture is grainy, blurry and seems like there's a beauty filter on it and there's no way I can change that. It's very disappointing. Anyone else with the same issue? Did anybody contact tech support and get a solution for it? Like camera replacement, or get to know the reason? My macbook pro 2015 camera is way better than this one. Besides that, the M1 freezes for a second every few minutes, specially when i'm using chrome.
