Battery health degraded

My iPhone 12 battery health degraded 5% in just 4 month what should I do ?

That's what batteries do. There is no way to stop battery health from declining. Rechargeable batteries lose their ability to hold the same charge as new, with every full cycle charge of the battery. Your battery health will continue to decline and when it reaches 80%, it will then be time to have the battery replaced.
