I just bought this phone online but l cannot activate it reason it is demanding the first user to provide Apple I'd and password, what should I do to activate it

Return the phone for a refund unless you paid nothing for it.
It is worthless unless the original owner.........probably not the person that you bought the phone from......unlocks the phone.
This is the second time that we have told you this. That answer will not change.
