Banner AirPods connected under notch

Hi Raudt,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand you have some questions about notifications for connected Bluetooth devices. We're happy to look into this with you. To test if those notifications return as expected let's forget the AirPods Pro and then reconnect. To forget them:

1. Tap Settings
2. Tap Bluetooth
3. Find the device you want to unpair
4. Tap the info button
5. Tap Forget this Device

Then use these steps to pair again:

1. On your device, go to Settings  > Bluetooth, then turn on Bluetooth.

2. Open the case with your AirPods inside, then hold it next to your device.

3. Follow the onscreen instructions, then tap Done.

Let us know if the notification returns. If so, are you seeing it every time you unlock your device, or only occasionally?
