Missing contact names

I suddenly lost some names from my contacts but the numbers are still showing. Other contacts went back to the old names. I have tried many solutions from the internet but nothing is working. Kindly help me!

NB: I was getting a message that my mail info needs updating so I went and used the new password for it “ I just signed in” Idk if this has something to do with my problem
