iCloud Keychain

I am wanting to turn on iCloud Keychain on my Mac. I am following these directions.

Turn on iCloud Keychain on your Mac

Choose Apple menu  > System Preferences.
Click Apple ID, then click iCloud in the sidebar.
Select Keychain.*

Apple ID is not in my preferences.

I am running High Sierra 10.13.6 on an Imac. ?

Where do I go from here?

Try System Preferences/iCloud.
