Why is apple tv so bad is South Africa

Hi, we are enjoying some content on your streaming platform but the streaming experience is bad.

I work as a DevOps engineer and we have a great network connection in comparison to the rest of the country with a 500mbs connection from the ISP and a great networm setup with top of the range ubiquity routers and access points. Our apple tv is connected to with a ethernet cable and we have never had any issues with Netflix ever. But with some streaming platforms like Apple TV it seams like where ever the content is streaming from the experience is quite bad. Sometimes we cannot go without reconnecting 5 times and hopping between resolutions constantly.
