iPhone boot loop

Im trying to get my phone to stop a boot loop. I have tried to reset my phone and restore it but Im getting an error number 4014. I've updated my computers (tried with 2 different macs) and I still get the same error. What do I do?

Phone won't start up. The iPhone “iPhone” could not be updated. An unknown error occurred (75). 067E.004B iPhone SE (first generation). The phone started shutting off and restarting and it went into continuous restarting mode. I followed the steps from the apple page, but it went to restore mode. I connected the phone to my iMac, then clicked restore, but it said it needs to update before restoring. I clicked update, and, after all the steps, I got error code 9. I tried different USB cables. I tried a different computer, but I either get error code 9 or 75.

Try to UPDATE your iPhone using your Mac, not restore. Try using a different cable. Contact Apple Support.
