When people call me, the iPhone goes to the busy signal line

Hi! When people call me, the phone doesn’t go to voicemail it goes to the busy signal line? Why is that? Everything I’ve tried doesn’t work! Thanks

iPhone 14 pro max calls going to voicemail I don’t know if anyone had this issue. I’m trying to figure out my iPhone 14 Pro Max when I’m on the phone I get an incoming call but it goes straight to voicemail. It doesn’t give me the opportunity to put the other person on hold to answer that call. Do anybody know a solution for this?
