Apple ID

I just purchased the series 7 watch. Everything went fine with the setup. I just received a notification regarding me meeting my fitness goals for the day and the notification used my wife’s name as if I was her. She has a watch as well, but for the life of me, I can’t figure out why her name was used. In my activity app, it is clearly connected to me. We have different Apple ID’s. True activity metrics on the app are clearly tracking my data. Any ideas?
