Animated Memoji will not work on my new MacBook Pro

I have tried everything that is recommended to fix this issue and it will simply not work. The Memoji shows up but it is not animated. This is a brand new MacBook Pro and it has the most up to date version of Monterey (12.5.1). The MacBook Air that I traded in for this laptop had no problem with the startup Memoji. What am I missing here? Please help!

However, today I boot up the comp and after apple logo I get to log in screen and it's just a stationary image it's not moving? Did I do something and if I did how do I get this back? My screen saver is also set to same Arial one and starts after 5 min. In that scenario everything works as advertised. Only when I first boot up. Any help??

Emoji keyboard won't appear on my MacBook Pro M3 MacBook Pro, M3, MacOS 15.2 When I hit Cmd-Ctrl-Space or Fn-E, the emoji keyboard should appear, but it doesn't. I've noted that in the Activity Monitor, the 'Emoji & Symbols' app appears and when I kill it and try again, it still doesn't work. The only solution is to reboot. This occurs now and then, not all the time and sometimes from the start of a (cold) boot. But rebooting is frustrating! [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Always flickering once in login screen (ProMotion activated, Ventura 13.3) When booting into the login screen of my Macbook Pro M1 16 inch 2021 (Ventura 13.3), the screen always flashes once, it only flashes at startup, I think it's due to the reescalation of "Promotion" feature to 16", please Apple engineers, release as soon as possible update 13.3.1 to solve this, this flickering is very ugly...

To be clear, I'm referring to the animated Memoji that appears on the startup screen.
