How do I Add-on STARZ or HBO MAX to my Hulu?

This seems more like a question for Hulu... but I have Hulu, so I poked around for a minute. Doesn't really seem like you can do it from their iPhone app. But if you go to Hulu.com and sign in, go to your account, scroll down to your subscription, then click manage add-ons, I can find both Starz and HBO there as options
