How do i transfer photos on Apple Watch

My iphone 13 was stolen and my recent pictures especially the ones taken at a recent vacation are not synced to icloud neither backed up on my laptop. I recently checked my apple watch and noticed my favourites photos folder has some of these recent pictures. Is there anyway i can get these pictures of out of my apple watch?
