Apple Id is not active for my kid

I created Apple ID for my 9y kid including e-mail and after the night the ID stopped to be active as well as mail-box. I cannot log-in and I cannot also log-off from this Account. Any ideas what to do? Now I have dummy deviced which is can only used for internet search and calling
