volume changes on its own

when i turn my volume up with the swipe down menu and then go back into spotify it changes back to what it was from when i was on spotify, how do i fix this?

In Music, volume jumps up louder after a second or two of pressing play I have a playlist for a gig that I'm practicing for. Every time I click Play on a song in this playlist, the volume starts low then suddenly jumps louder after a second or two. It has happened on other similar playlists, not just this one. In a previous question from someone else, it said they were experiencing the opposite (loud volume first, then back to normal). They said they fixed it by unchecking Sound Check under Playback in Preferences. Mine is already unchecked. (I also tried checking the Sound Check box. That made no difference.) What's causing this? How can I fix it?

Spotify audio pausing when entering Roblox on IOS Hi, I'm a user of WH-CH720N, with an iPhone 12 Pro Max. To be broad, this happens with every pair of headphones or earbuds I've ever used. Whenever I'd enter Roblox, it used to just pause my music. When I pressed play on the set of headphones I was using, it would just play from there without an issue. When I left the game the music would pause. But now, whenever I enter the app and attempt to unpause my music at any time, it'll play for one second, and go back to playing the game audio.
