Sound not working

on my phone, I am unable to hear any Audio on social media apps on the videos that I, myself record. I can hear the media from videos etc but self recorded videos are unable to be heard. I have restarted my phone as well.

Also, on my gallery app the sound button isn’t an usable option.

My iPhone 11 pro max suddenly has no sound on videos - whether I made them or you tube. All the sounds for the phone including notifications and phone calls work perfectly. iPhone 11 pro max suddenly has no sound on any videos where in my phone or on youtube, facebook. etc. All the phone sounds for notifications work and no problem with speaking with someone on the phone. strictly with videos.
