when I turn on Mac, deleted program's trouble pop-up keep on
so, i go to starting disk(not system) and then go to library and then go to LaunchAgents.
and I find com.kaspersky.kav.agent.plist and com,kaspersky.kav.app.plist.
I send two files to trash can.
I hope I will work.

Did you use the official uninstaller...?
If not you may have to re-install it to have access to the uninstaller— I would use that.
