disabled account

my subscription for apple music says jt expired on the 1st of September, i wasn’t aware it was ending as i’ve been paying my bill. It’s also saying my account has been. disabled on the app store and iTunes and it won’t let me download apps. i’d like to know why my account is disabled and what i can do to fix it.
