Netflix and iPhone 7

I have an iPhone7 and I’m having trouble installing Netflix on my phone. Can someone please help me? After reading the article about Netflix saying anything less than a 14.0 iPhone isn’t compatible with Netflix’s programming and cannot be installed on your phone. So what do we do if we have an iPhone 7 like mine? Does anyone have any suggestions or troubleshooting comments? My phone doesn’t have a warranty and Apple customer service won’t help or speak with me.
