If you bought the iPhone in April the period for activating your free trial offer has passed. You have 90 days to activate the free trial starting from the day of purchase.

Apple TV+ is included for 3 months when you purchase an Apple device and redeem the offer within 90 days.

However, click or touch on the Check Eligibility link in the Apple TV+ page and follow the prompts to be sure.
