Question regarding maximum number of codes redeemable

Hello everyone,

I was reaching out to ask for assist regarding a maximum limit on code redeeming for my Apple ID. I attempted to redeem a digital version of a 6 month free trail for Apple Music from Best Buy, every time I attempt to redeem this free trial I continue to have this message pop up stating that, “ I have reached a maximum number of codes per account”; when I haven’t redeemed a code in the pass 4 months. Also when redeeming this trial it states that it’s a 3-5 months not 6 months when it’s stated that it’s for 6 months. Hope I’m able to get assistance on this matter. Thank you for your time
