Your connection seems to be very weak. You have one bar. move to an area with better reception.
Also, check under Settings->Cellular, that Cellular Data is turned on, and that the apps you want to use are also turned on there so they can use cellular data.

I have unlimited call and text and service but my cellular data never works in all the apps that need Wi-Fi or cellular network don’t When I am not connected to Wi-Fi on all those apps it pops up a error saying network error or no network connection
