I’m trying to upload a picture I have taken on my iPhone and the website doesn’t allow HEIF files. Is there a way to change it to a JPEG?

Yes. You can use this simple shortcut I made to convert any image to nearly any other commonly used format. Simply open the link and click Add Shortcut.
Additionally, you can make future images save as JPEG by going to Settings > Camera > Formats and choosing "Most Compatible".
