KPN and Iphone 11 problems

Since the end of July and the update to IOS 15.6, the connection with KPN is completely lost quite often. 

As a result, I am very poorly or no longer accessible for business. 

The problem seems to only occur with KPN and the iPhone 11. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I also have an iphone 11 with an KPN subscription. I also have the same problems as so many KPN/iphone 11 users have since july.

I just ordered a prepaid card from Vodafone and installed it. Immediately there was a good connection: voice and data. It stayed good the whole day the sim was inserted.

After installing the KPN sim the connection gave the same problems after 5 minutes as described.

Something must have changed on the KPN network or KPN settings on the iphone.

There is no problem with iphone11 and other providers, KPN likes you to think that way because they haven't got a clue what their problem is.

If the problem lies with Apple, Apple should pay for it. If the problem lies with KPN, KPN will compensate for this. But the customer has been without a properly working network for over a month and we can't do anything.

If you already tried (to no avail) these basic troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your cellular parameters with KPN
  • Exchange your SIM card with a spare one
  • Reset your network settings (in Settings>General>Transfer or Reset [Device]>Reset>Reset Network Settings)
  • Install a fresh copy of the latest iOS version
  • Force restart your iPhone

for your peace of mind, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

KPN offers an anti-virus, an e-mail security and an application security package when you take out a subscription.

Depending on what you chose, none at all or one of those three. Many KPN users have installed on their PC.

If you chose one of those three, remove it.

Then restart the PC and iPhone.

And ceck if you still have problems.
