If you are in the Czeck Republic, you cannot order a phone from this site. Apple does NOT ship internationally. You would need to be in the US, and have a valid address and payment method in the US.
Be advised that even if you somehow manage to purchase an iPhone in the US, it will have NO warranty in your country. We advise people every day to only purchase their phone in the country they live and will use the phone. And daily someone doesn't take our advice, then comes here upset when something goes wrong with their phone and they are told they must bring it back to the country of purchase directly.
Don't be one of those people.
