So I dropped my iphone 11 without a case from the bed to the floor and it hit the side just above volume control. This resulted to black lines in my iphone. One black line started short and creeping from left to right of screen. In just a few hours it’s almost to the other end. What is wrong with this one? Can i fix it or will it continue to creep all over?

Without being able to physically inspect the device, it does sound as if you are going to need a display replacement.
The line may continue and you may start to experience other display issues (such as ghost typing) or Apps opening and closing on their own.
