My I phone 12 is locked to where it needs to be restored. If i restore my phone now i will loose valuable photos and videos that have not yet been uploaded to the cloud. Hhow do i unlock it with out erasing its contents please help. Already went to apple store and they were no help. They wanted to just restore my iphone.
If the phone is disabled it is too late to recover any content on the phone. That’s why nightly backup and real time sync options exist.
