Just last week the info that I used to fit on my screen is now too big and I cannot shrink to fit. Need help as I cannot navigate to the bottomo my screen

Is the whole screen zoomed in?
Try double tapping on the screen with 3 fingers?
I was able to shrink a jumbo s creen with the three inger trick but not reduce a little bit so can read side to side and read th bottom line
I need to shrink the message to fit my screen. The side to side does not show all the way on the left and I am not able o get to bottom line to reply to notificatons
