Supervised iPad issues

Hiya, I have a 6th generation iPad, that I was given by my school however I have now left my school last year and assumed the supervision would take itself off yet it has not and the school still has control over my iPad how do I remove this control ?

Contact the school for assistance. Only the entity that

installed the supervision can remove it.
