Forgot my Apple ID password

I forgot my Apple ID password. I requested for a new one Apple sent me an emails stating that I will receive a text or phone call with regards to that on the 3rd of September, but I haven’t received anything please help.

The Recovery Process is an automated process and the length of time it takes can vary a lot. Apple ID Support can only answer your questions. They can't intervene in or speed up the process. The article below has some suggestions to shorten the time the process takes.
