I am trying to delete some passes from my wallet and they aren’t showing up in the wallet app and when I open the wallet and touch the three dots on the pass there is no remove pass

When I double click my side button and I touch the kohls pass and then I touch the 3 dots at the bottom, there is no remove pass.
when I go into my settings and go to wallet, the pass is not listed there at all
There is no remove pass on my kohls reward when I tap the three dots
