See here: link-> If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

If you are the Family Organizer in a family group check in the accounts of other members.

If you share your payment method with anyone check their account.

Do not go through your bank except as a last resort. Blocking payment methods and charges will only lead to more issues with your Apple account.

Doubtful anyone would make a charge through Apple when in possession of a stolen payment method. It just not what thieves do normally.

But in this case it is through Apple. Only App Store, iTunes and Books store charges appear as Apple.com/bill on the credit card statement. It's an entirely different thing to having an iPhone bought using your credit card. iPhone purchases made even directly on the Apple Store would not appear apple.com/bill, they appear as Apple Store.

Its more likely there's something else going on, than someone compromising their card and then adding it to their apple account to buy things from Apple's digital content stores.
