Anyone that knows your email address can send you emails. That is no indication that your Apple ID or phone has been hacked. Once your email address gets known as a potential target for scams, the emails will increase. Some email providers are better than others at stopping spam email.


Are the charges to your credit card from Apple? If so, see each of the steps in the following instructions. They include information on contacting Apple Support if the other steps don't help: If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

If the charges are not from Apple, contact your credit card issuer to see if they can help.
