Delete app
How to delete a purchased app and not be charged! The app was Free but after I purchased it it was free for 3 days only then they will start charging you! So I want to delete this app

Cancel the free trial before it renews into a paid subscription: link-> If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
Then delete the app normally: link-> Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
