find transaction using credit card number

i have a charge on my debit card, but I don't see it reflected in my account or my daughter's account.

Can I track it down using the last 4 of the Debit Card?

You cannot. There is no option to track down charges with the card number through Apple devices.

You can look in your account and your daughter's account for the charge: link-> If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

Or on any other account your share your payment method with. If you are the Family Organizer in a Family Sharing group, check all accounts for users in the family group.
