my phone was from china to Rwanda and it can not read the sim card of my country it says to insert another sim card from a supported service provider or i request that this iphone to be unlocked by my service provider

Unfortunately, it sounds like your phone is carrier locked.
Not sure how you obtained your phone, but it’s probably locked to a Chinese carrier.
Until that carrier releases the lock, the phone will remain unusable w/ ANY other carrier.
