Issues with the "Verify Your Identity" on my iPhone

I just got a new iPhone 12. Trying to activate it currently. On the “Verify Your Identity” page, it asks me to enter zip and last four of my social. I do this but the number pad to enter these numbers is stuck up, covering the “next” button at the bottom of the screen. I’ve tried restarting the phone and starting over but get stuck on the same thing. Any advice would be great. Thanks

Try this first -> Slide that screen (where you type in your zip and last four of your social) very carefully up to see the Next button.


If it does not work, try to do a force restart -> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)

Charge the iPhone & wait until the battery is fully charged (100%).

The Low Power Mode will turned off automatically.
