Thanks for posting in Apple Communities.


We understand that your Mac is freezing. Start your Mac in safe mode. In safe mode, certain caches are deleted and certain software isn't able to be run while a disk check is performed.


Check that there is sufficient space. Back up your computer using Time Machine or your preferred system and remove files that no longer are needed. You can also move these files to an external hard drive.


Find details on how to free storage on your Mac.
