Remove my credit card of ex girlfriend iphone wallet - will she be notifed?

Ok so my ex girlfriend has my credit card (all in my name only) on her iPhone in Apple Wallet. I want to remove the card off her phone.

Called my bank they were very helpful and able to remove it - however will my ex girlfriend receive any notifications on her phone that I have done it?
