I can't change the card number to complete my iCloud purchase

I am not able to change the credit card on the system. Hence cannot renew my Icloud subscription

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Your Apple ID is the account you use to access Apple services,

like the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more.

Find your country or region to check which payment methods you can use ok.

NB: You will likely need to add the new card number, before deleting the old one

try changing the card info. from the online Apple ID Log-in
