Notes in ICloud

I was wondering how I get my notes back onto my iPhone as they’re stored in my iCloud when I log in on the web but they’ve been removed on my notes app?

I have unsynced and synced my device again (in iCloud settings) and turned my phone on and off but still no luck.

how to get my notes back after signing out of my apple id I recently signed out of my icloud. After logging back in I noticed my notes were gone. How can I get them back. They show on my icloud.com but not my phone.

Did you also check the "Recently Deleted" folder?
