I Am not Able to switch on Wifi

My Phone is Showing Wifi symbol as Hidden and the same is with Personal Hotspot. Personal Hospot is Showing Devise Non Discoverable. And i am not able to switch on Wifi Can anyone help me with this.

iPhone 7, iOS 15
