Apple care not accessible

I just bought macbook pro 13" M2 and trued to register it in the apple care but it says that it is not accessible!

You should call the Official Apple Support about that, only they can look into your personal settings and data:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

Or Apple Support at 1-800-APLCARE
