How to extend MacBook Air warranty which has currently expired?
I want to extend warranty of my Macbook Air M1 which is out of warranty at present.
Could anyone help me regarding that ?

the basic warranty would be in effect, an extended warranty. Due to
legal consumer rights there, and other regional (EU, UK, etc) details.

Since you didn't purchase AppleCare+ with your Mac there is no way to extend the warranty.
If the warranty is already expired, it’s way too late.
