Custom domain bug: removed custom domain can not reply emails

My family many years uses google business with custom domain email.

Tried to use Apple custom domain for several days (configured everything was needed and email address was working on apple servers) but for us gmail was better option so removed custom domain at apple and set up again in google.

One person now on iPhone can not reply to emails received on this custom domain (for others - everything is working good). She can send new without issues but reply did not works. When open outgoing email, press "from" and choose same account (did not change anything) - email is sent successfully. On macbook can use this account without any issue.

Hi DariusLT,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you've done some troubleshooting to isolate this.

Try the guidance from If you can’t send email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. It's important to use all steps although this doesn't happen with all outgoing emails.

If the same continues, enter the email address at Mail - Official Apple Support. Then, on the iPhone, go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > [Account name] > Account. Look for outgoing server and make sure that it is displayed correctly.

Kind regards.
