I am researching cell phones for children. One brand that came up was Gabb, however, it doesn't seem to be a good phone . Can I constrain an Apple phone (Iphone SE) to make it similar to a Gabb?

Not sure how many users on an Apple technical support site will be familiar with Gabb, so you may have to wait for any answers.
