Prime Video - Icon issue

Since the last Safari update the icon within Prime Video that lets me decide on the streaming quality is no longer available.

Some things to note:

It happens on all my Apple devices.

I have not made any changes to Safari preferences.

I installed Chrome and the Icon is there.

Any help is very appreciated.

Hello mrfrecklesman,

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities.

Let's confirm that you're updated with the latest macOS version on your Mac as you mentioned the latest update to Safari. For assistance with this, check out the following steps and be sure to complete a backup: Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support

1. Before continuing, it's a good idea to back up your Mac.

2. From the Apple menu  in the corner of your screen, choose System Preferences.

3. Click Software Update in the System Preferences window. Can't find Software Update?

4. Software Update now checks for new software.

• If Software Update finds new software, click Update Now or Upgrade Now to install. You might be asked to restart or enter an administrator password.

• If Software Update says that your Mac is up to date, then no new software is currently available for your Mac model.

If you're unable to locate a setting icon or adjustment from within the video, we'd recommend working with Prime Video Help as this is only occurring on their website. In addition to reaching out to them, confirm your Mac meets the requirements for Prime Video here: Prime Video System Requirements for Computers - Prime Video Support

We hope that's able to help.

Have a great day!
