No current time frame exists for the monthly Apple Care+ support since its a fairly new option from Apple, and Apple has not yet stopped supporting any of the models that were qualified for the monthly Apple Care+ since it was released.

There is no specific time frame. It can keep gong for as long as Apple can support it. When Apple decides it can no longer support it, they will let you know, and likely cancel the subscription automatically.
