Well trying to upgrade to IPhone 14 pro max from IPhone 13 Pro Max, straight talk has turned both of my phones into bricks! Or very expensive iPods and have been on the phone with them for 3+ hours and 3 calls, 2 no call backs! They have told me I need to go back to my old phone and start over? Any help!
straight talk’s customer service is very bad, as both phones were good to go before I did the Esim transfer with them!

Tonight I picked up my IPhone 14 Pro Max 256 gb at the Apple Store. I drove home and tried activating it on straight talk and the agents are saying the iPhone 14 is not compatible with their esim unless you buy it from them. No transfers allowed as of now. Anyone else have any luck fixing this? I tried making a esim on my 13 pro max but Straight talk doesn’t allow transfers.
They already do. See the following for their support site: https://support.straighttalk.com/expresshelp/troubleshooting/how-can-i-activate-my-esim-with-straight-talk
Ok thank you!!
ST generally will only let you use phones that you buy from them. Regarding their customer service, they are a discount carrier. ‘Nuff said?
