Focus turns on by itself

My focus does whatever it wants. The only thing I have on is Do Not Disturb from 9pm-7am. But it tends to be on during the day and off some at night. And yes, I have made sure I have the am/on set properly. No work schedule, no sleep, no personsal. When I realize I have missed calls and messages, I check Focus and the Do Not Disturb had mysteriously come on.
